Good Day!

Ok so I have been asked a hundred times how I filled my day yesterday so let me tell you all. I started my day kind of slow, but right off the bat I found a note from the man I love and it was just what I needed to get me going. Then I picked up Sharon, after I took Josiah to school, and we went shopping in search of something for me to wear to Jonathan and Shelby's wedding. Success! I found something, actually just what I was looking for (thanks Mom Schneider!). After I dropped her off at home I was a little worried about the rest of my day because I hadn't planned very well. I immediately called Robert to see if he had already eaten thinking I could drive across town to eat with him. He said he wasn't taking a lunch but he would call me in about an hour. So I decided to do my grocery shopping, while I was there Robert texted me and said he had a surprise for me if I could wait until 1. I asked if he was coming home and he said yes, he was...just for me. My heart soared, no joke, I was in tears in the middle of Walmart. I knew then that I could make it the rest of the day. When I got home from picking up Josiah, Robert was already here with this beautiful bouquet of flowers and lots of love.

We had a relaxing afternoon and 4 o'clock came with little anxiety, praise God! The kids had AWANA and we walked like usual and it was really nice.
It is so funny to me that I dread this day and there is really nothing to dread. I don't have to relive that day anymore, today is a new day to make new memories. I can think about that day, but I don't have to get caught up in it anymore. Thank you Lord for freeing me and answering my prayers. Thank you to all who prayed for me yesterday...it was a good day.
